Reference:

Nebraska Public Power District letter (NLS2022010) to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission dated April 5, 2022, "Annual Report of Individual Exposure Monitoring"

Dear Sir or Madam:

The purpose of this letter is to document that a revised Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) annual report of individual exposure monitoring for 2021 has been submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 20.2206. This revised report was prepared in accordance with the guidance of Regulatory Guide 8.7, Revision 4. The revised report was submitted via the Radiation Exposure Information and Reporting System web page on May 16, 2022.

The revised report updated information submitted via the Reference. An anomaly with a correction factor applied to the algorithm for reading Dosimeter of Legal Records (DLR) for the second half 2021 was identified during a conference call with Mirion Technologies. During this conference call, CNS was notified that while the DLR evaluations were within required tolerances, the results were approximately 10% high.

This letter contains no regulatory commitments.

If you have any questions or require additional information, please contact me at (402) 825-5416.
