Dear Sir or Madam:

The purpose of this letter is to document that the Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) annual report of individual exposure monitoring for 2021 has been submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 20.2206. This report was prepared in accordance with the guidance of Regulatory Guide 8.7, Revision 4. The report was submitted via the Radiation Exposure Information and Reporting System web page on February 17, 2022.

AFFIRMATION OF ACCURACY I affirm that the information provided to the NRC electronically through the REIRS web page accurately reports the results of individual exposure monitoring for each individual for whom monitoring was required during 2021. The information contained in this report is the result of output data from the Radiological Data Management System (ROMS). I affirm that this report is based on District-approved software, the data was input accurately, and the report was correctly compiled in accordance with the requirements of Revision 4 of Regulatory Guide 8.7.
