Management Change and Correspondence Update Cooper Nuclear Station, Docket No. 50-298, License No. DPR-46 Reference Letter from Paul V. Fleming, Nebraska Public Power District, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated November 26,2003, "Management Change" The purpose of this letter is for the Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) to inform the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) that effective August I,2022,NPPD and Entergy Nuclear Nebraska, LLC (ENNEB) mutually agreed to end a Support Services Agreement regarding Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS). The agreement, originally established October 1, 2003, provided support services which included certain personnel (Reference). NPPD retained authority and responsibility for safe operation for the plant and for regulatory compliance throughout the period of the agreement.

As a result of this change, CNS has revised the organizational structure to include an Executive Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer, and Site Vice President. Effective November 16, 2022, NPPD requests that the correspondence service list be revised as follows:
