M. Wentzel Meeting Summary:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff conducted the meeting in accordance with NRC Management Directive 3.5, Attendance at NRC Staff-Sponsored Meetings (ML21180A271).
The purpose of the meeting was to conduct a regulatory engagement to discuss NRC staff preliminary questions on Revision 2 of the Xe-100 principal design criteria (PDC) topical report.
The X-energys staff presentation discussed the following topics:
Status of revisions to the PDC topical report.
Requirements for development of PDC.
Relationship of beyond design basis events to the PDC Plan for design criteria imposed on various classifications of structures, systems, and components of the Xe-100 No regulatory decisions were made as a result of this meeting.
