[External_Sender] TVA Intentions on EA-22-129 Good Afternoon Jannette, This email is to communicate TVAs intention to provide additional written information for NRC consideration in making a final determination on the AV. In accordance with the Choice Letter dated February 10, 2023, the response will be marked as Response to An Apparent Violation (EA 129). TVA intends to submit a written response to the NRC no later than March 22, 2023 with the reason for the apparent violation and details surrounding our corrective actions.
