CorrectiveAction ThesiteorderedafollowuptestkittoreanalyzeforTRCasrequiredbytheDMRQAStudy.Whilethesitewasunable toidentifytheexactcausetothenotacceptableresultintheinitialstudy,webelieveitwasduetopotentialerrors madewhenpreparingtheknownTRCsampleforanalysis.Fortheinitialstudy,agraduatedcylinderwasusedtodilute theknownsampleto1000mL;however,a1Lvolumetricflaskwasusedtomorepreciselydilutetheknownsamplein thefollowupprocess.Theremayhavebeenothercontributingfactorsaswell,althoughwebelievethistobethe primarydifferencebetweentheinitialandfollowuptestresult.
