Enclosed find a revision to the GE Hitachi Energy, LLC (GEH), Vallecitos Nuclear Center (VNC)
Radiological Emergency Plan (REP) which makes several minor changes to the REP approved by the NRC on February 12, 2021 (Ref 8). These changes were reviewed by GEH staff pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q) and were found to constitute minor changes, both editorial and conforming to the approved REP. These changes have no impact to the effectiveness of the REP and simply correct ambiguities and rearrange information to facilitate implementation.
All changes to the REP are annotated by change bars in the left-hand margin.
