DOMINION ENERGY KEWAUNEE, INC. - KEWAUNEE POWER STATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF APPLICATION FOR ORDER APPROVING TRANSFER OF CONTROL OF KEWAUNEE POWER STATION LICENSE AND CONFORMING LICENSE AMMENDMENTS (EPID L-2021-LLO-0002)

Dear Mr. Sly:

This letter is to acknowledge the receipt of your letter docketed on May 10, 2021 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession Number ML21131A141),

providing the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) an application to transfer control of Kewaunee Power Station (KPS) license and conforming license amendments. As part of the acceptance review of your submittal, the NRC will provide a preliminary review, hours, and anticipated completion date based upon our current review schedules. Your request has been assigned Enterprise Project Identifier (EPID) L-2019-LLA-0002. Please reference this number in any future correspondence associated with this request.

The NRC staff will evaluate your submittal and determine if the KPS application contains sufficient information to allow the staff to begin the detailed review. If the application does not contain sufficient information for the staff, then a Request for Supplemental Information (RSI) will be issued and the staff will provide Dominion an opportunity to discuss the RSI and to clarify a final resolution.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
