paragraph (b)(2), Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN) is registering with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) the use of spent fuel storage casks at WBN 's Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation . Accordingly, WBN provides the following information :
