1. Could the Federal Channel at t he entrance to Bodega Harbor be closed at any time? That is in the case of a nuclear eccident at the plant, or at times of changing the fuel core? Any other circumstance?

3. Would there be any circumstance that would result in evacuation of the town of Bodega Bay?
