The application of PG&E will be reviewed by the AEC regul t a ory' staff and by the Commission's Advisory Committee on Reactor Jafeg uards. When these reviews are completed, a public hearing , as req i u red by' law, will be held.

In view of the public interest in,the proposed reactor

, the Commission has decided that the hearing will be held in California .
