Amendment No. 7, dated February 12, 1971, to the facility license application filed by the Southern California Edison Company and the San Diego Gas and Electric Company for the San Onofra kclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3, is enclosed for your information.

It also amends the application for Licenses by correcting the addresses of some of the San Diego Gas and Electric Company directors and updates the listing of Principal Officers.
