In accordance with the understandings which were reflected in Qiairman seaborg's letter of October 3, 1963, to Admiral Eare, I au forwarding Volumes I, II, III and IV of the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report filed by Southern California Edises Ctsspany (Lee Angeles, California) and San Diese Gas and Electric Campsay (San Diego, California) for the San Onofre Ikaclear Generatias Statios Units 2 and 3 to be located at Camp Pendleton, San Diego County, California.

Since that time, the applicant has conducted a progran to provide easite seismological data.
We would appreciate receiving any additional sammenta from the Coast and Goedette Survey concerning seisselegical charseteristics of the propeeed reacter location skick may have a bearing upon our safety evalaation of the proposed sita. Year prompt review and comunsats will be appreciated.
