pursuant to the conditions of Contract No. AT(49-5)-2667, to provide the following services for the Comunission concerning the proposed construction of the Bolsa Island Nuclear Power and Desalting Plant nuclear reactor units designated as (1) the DEPARTMENT UNIT - by the

l Department of Water and Power of the City of Los Angales, and (2) tha l
EDISON-SAN DIEGO UNIT - by the Southern California Edison Company and San Diego Gas and Electric Company, at the-proposed site on a man-made island to be constructed offshore of the Bolsa Chica Beach State Park in Orange County, California, located approximately 26 miles from the Civic Center of Los Angeles, California:
1.
Analysis of the engineering f actors included in the proposed design to minimize damage from seismically-induced ground actions, 2.
Preparation of a report on (1) above, 3.
Serving as an expert witness in the public hearing on this facility.
The maH=um amount payable to your firm for this project is $5,000.00.
A copy of Part B (PSAR-Volume 1) of each application is enclosed for i
