been true in the case of the proposed P.G. & E. reactor at Bode 6a Head.

Not only do the peninsul'a and harbor have se'enic and f recreational value, but the headland is of considerable scientific interest from the viewpoint of ecolbgy. In L addition the presence of part of the San Andreas rift zone within i mile of the plant violates safety considerations.
