Enclosed for your information is a copy of Amendment 6 to the i

Pacific Gas and Electric Company application. This amendment l

sets forth further details with regard to.the earthquake -

design criteria, for the Company's proposed Bodega Bay reactor and supersedes Amendment No. k to the application and the material' superseded by that amendment.

We presently plan to provide a report on the adequacy of the criteria discussed in this amendment to the Advisory Committee on Beactor Safeguards for consideration at its May 1964 meeting. Our tentative plans are to arrange a meeting with all of our consultants on this project some-time during the week of April 6 to discuss this matter.
