Dear Mrs. Mitchell:

This is in response to your letter of February 1st concernint the January issue of the Pacific Gas and Electric Company's P G and E Prosress which contains excerpts from my address entitled "Why Buclear Powerr' delivered at the national convention of Signs Delta Chi on November 7, 1963.

The Pacific Ces and Electric Company did not advise me of its intention to use portions of my speech in their publica-tion, nor was I aware of the article until it was called to my attention recently. I regret that this article with its handline may have created an erroneous icpression in your mind.
