This replies to your letter of January 23, 1964 regarding the proposed construction of a nuclear power reactor at Bodega Bay, California.

As indicated in my earlier letter of July 16, 1963, the geologic aspects of the proposed site will be considered in the detailed safety analysis made of the proposed re-actor. The U. S. Geological Survey report has been received and is currently being evaluated.
