150 kilograms Plutonium: 10 kilograms including not more than 100 grams Pu-238 plus 240 grams encapsulated as Pu-Be neutron sources.

Authorized use For use in accordance with the statements, representations and conditions specified in the licensee's applications dated December 15, 1966; June 28, July 1, and September 21,

1965; March 21 and December 2, 1966; April 4 and September 7, 1967; September 25 and October D,1968; September 23, 1969; April 7, 1970; February 8, May 19, and June 1, 1971.

15. High efficiency particulate filters in the air filtration systems shall be certified by the supplier to be 99.97 percent efficient for 0.3 micron particles. In place testing of the final high efficiency filters in the ex-haust ventilation s,ystem shall be performed upon installa-tion of the filters, after each change of filters and, as a minimum, annually thereaf ter using the " cold" DOP test.

The acceptance efficiency for a filter using the standard polydisperse DOP aerosol (count median diameter of about 0.8 micron) shall be 99.95 percent.

16. The licensee shall maintain an emergency plan and imple-menting procedures in accor(ence with the, conditions epscificd in the enclosed Anaex F.

All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
