INQUIRY FROM DAVID E. PESONEN RE ACRS PROCEDURES & CONSULTANT REPORTS This office has received the attached inquiry from Mr. David E.

Pesonen regarding the procedures used by the ACRS in its review of projects.

Mr. Pesonen also expresses an interest in the availability of reports to the ACRS by certain consultants.

Dr. Kouts has asked that I transmit copies of this inquiry to you so that be can have the benefit of your comments regarding the procedure for preparing a reply to Mr. Pesonen.

Dr. Kouts vill be back in the country next week and vill contact you regarding this matter.
