It is sur understanding that Dr. Tocher will work in eos of the Survey's field offices in California and will not be associated in any way with the Survey's work on the PC64 application. However, we have been informed by 7054 that Dr. Tocher has received permission from the Survey to contisme to partistrate in this matter as a censultant to 7C84. - Preseeably, 7054 will esapenaste him for his services and will pay his empenses in aaaaaaties therewith.
