1 sunprr: PG&E - BOIEGA BAY REACTG1 On May 23rd Mr. Crane, attorney for PG&E, advised Mr. Hadlock, who in turn told me, that he (Crane) had looked at the Bodega Bay file in the Public Document Room and had found only two or three letters etc. from members of the public.

I imediately discussed this oveer the phone with Mr. Eber Price and he vill take immediate steps to be sure, that, in accordance with our required procedures, all euch doc 9aents would be placed in the Public Document Room in Washington and the Public Document Room in Berkeley, as promptly no possible and that a survey would be made to be sure that all similar documents that should go into 3

the Public Document Room in other cases are placed in the public 1

files.
