At Regulatory Information Meeting 113 on January 24, 1964, the Director of Regulation said Mr. Whelchel, Vice President, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, had, on January 24, file with staff an amend-ment (No. 5) to the Bodega Bay Reactor Project application which relates to the geological and seiccological surveys.

11r. Price suggested an early meeting of PC&E and regulatory staff consult. ants, and the Commissioners had no objection.

It is our understanding that the Director of Regulation is taking the required action.
