According to the application submitted by Pacific Gas & glectric Cougissy, which to surrently under study by the technical staff of the Atente Energy Comedesion, the answers, la brief, to the questions you raise are as folloess 1.

construction permit in New York-State. The resins would be removed and disposed of by an /EC licensed commercial' waste disposal facility.
