Mr. Frank Numannn 45M Forty-Fifth Avenue, N.E.
Seattle, Washington, 98105
Dear Mr. Neumann:
In response to your letter of August 19, 1963, there are no definite plans for the hearing on the Bodega power plant at the moment. While we may wish to meet with you in the near future to discuss the latest report from PG&E, we do not foresee any conflict with your scheduled appearance as a witness in another case in the latter Part of September.
Sincerely yours, i
