. construction of a. nuclear powcr facility it Bodega Head, California.

My hope is that the Commission will refuse such permission.

t I am not~ qualified to comment upon the seisnic problems.

I However, Bodega Head, with drzmatic cliffs plunging into the ocean, is a scenically unique area in California.- Although~

much smaller, it is a coolocical continuation of the Toint Reyes National Seashore, acro.* s leded t Scy to the south.-

As with the Point Reyes Penin:ul1, Sclegr. Head should be preserved in an undeveloped state,.few ths enjoyment and education of the American pecrie.
