Gaffney, Bodega Bay, California, raising some rather interesting questions concerning PG84's alleged plans for 'a reactor at Bodega Bay.

Our siisht delay in referring this matter to you was causs.d by' our contemplation of answering this letter. locally (following a telephone conversation with Pete Morris on February 11).
