Dear Mr. Griffin:
On July 29th you requested copies of Management Analysis Company's reports for all audits of Brown and Root's QA Program at Commanche Peak.
In discussions with Mr. Ray 1
Vurpillat. QA Manager of Brown and Root, it was. detemined that it was acceptable that MAC provide you with copies of these reports that we normally consider a matter of confi-4%
dentiality with our clients..Further. I have detemined i.g' that Brown and Root and TUGC0 had already taken actions to make these, reports available to your office a week or so ago.
r Attached are copias of the audit reports, all of which address certain issues related to Comanche Peak. By copy of this letter, I am also transmitting a copy of this pack-age to Mr. William Counsil, Senior Vice President of Texas Utilities Generating Company and to Mr. Ray Vurpillat of Brown and Root.
Please let me know if you have any questions concerning these transmittals.
