REPORT OF INTERVIEW

. JOHN MARSHALL On October 29, 1985 John MARSHALL, a TUGC0 Licensing Supervisor, was telephonically reinterviewed by NRC Investigator H. Brooks GRIFFIN. MARSHALL -

was represented during this interview by Robert WOOLDRIDGE (an attorney for the utility). -

MARSHALL was asked whether he recalled being told by CHAPMAN or TOLSON that they believed the MAC report should be produced in response to the intervenor's request. MARSHALL said he did not recall CHAPMAN or TOLSON telling him they believed the MAC report should be produced. MARSHALL said he did not tell FIKAR that anyone had suggested that the MAC report was producible.
