WITH DEBRA ANDERSON On August 2,1985, Debra ANDERSON, the TUGC0 QA Audit Supervisor, was interviewed by NRC Investigator H. Brooks GRIFFIN in Dallas, Texas. ANDERSON said she began her employment with TUGC0 in March of 1975 and started performing audits in the latter part of 1979. ANDERSON said she became QA audit supervisor in April 1981. ANDERSON was represented during this interview by Robert WOOLDRIDGE, attorney.

ANDERSON was questioned about her knowledge of the 1978 MAC report, the intervenor's interrogatories, and the utility's response related to the intervenor's request.

ANDERSON said she did not know why the MAC report had not been produced in response to the intervenor's request.

ANDERSON said she was aware of the prudency audit currently being performed by the utility, but said she had no first hand knowledge about how the report was located or the decision to submit it to the ASLB.
