Technical Specification Review with NRC on 5/27/87 Gentlemen:

Duquesne Light Company will provide a safety evaluation which justifies the utilization of a i 7% target band core delta flux and the Fn and F multiplier values as provided in the Beaver Valley tnit 2 F AR.

This evaluation will document that these values were utilized in the ECCS analysis for Beaver Valley Unit 2 and were considered, where appropriate, for the FSAR Chapter 15 Accident Analysis text.

This formal evaluation will be provided by June 10, 1987.
