Please review, it to refresh your memories on that subject, before conpleting the SER supplements on the seismic reevaluation.

Possibly some of the points should be addressed again in the SER supplements..

In any event, we should discuss what has happened with regard to various things that were to be done, sucti as yielding in structures, torsion, '

tilting and overall conservatism.

In addition, soil structure interaction analyses and/or deconvolution have been a subject of continuing controversy on this plant and in general.

i Accordingly, the Diablo Canyon methods should be speci'ically mentioned in the SEB section of the SER supplement.
