MEETING AT WESTINGHOUSE NUCLEAR ENERGY CENTER, MONROEVILLE, PA.

ON Mt.RCH 30 CONCERNING SEISMIC RE-EVALUATION A meeting was held to advisa the NRC of the current status of the Westinghouse and PG & E effort on seismic re-evaluation of mechanical and electrical components. Prati 4 y resulte should be available in approximately one month.

The philosophy being used for the re-evaluation was described including scope and interfaces. The effort is concentrated on the systems ne d to achieve and maintain safe shutdown.
