Subsequent to your conversation with the ACRS staff (Fraley) today, we have reconfirmed with 'IR that there is reasonabic assurance that I

the USGS letter for Diablo Canyon will be available just prior to the ACRS Mmittee meeting (tentatively scheduled for 1/28/75).

Further, we believe that an additional SER supplanent can be issued, which contains geology, seismology and the USGS letter prior to the ACRS Ih11 Comnittee meeting in February 1975.
