ACRS MEETING ON DIABl.0 CANYON SEISMIC PLAN We met with ACRS and their consultants to discuss the possible impact of the Crouch paper. Okrent has specifically asked us for a bounding analyses of moving Hosgri close to site with consi_deration of current views on verticle to horizontal acceleration and assuming Hosgri a thrust fault. Peak acceleration values were significantly higher than design with these assumptions. ACRS and consultants did not express concern over these values, appeared to feel when all factors were in place that design values would not likely change, they appeared to accept our proposal of wrapping this into seismic reevaluation program.
