FORTHCOMING MEETINGS since we issued our report, Bill Dircks has solicited and received Office and Regional Coments. Copies m' these have been sent to you. I understand that Vic Stello is preparing an action memo on these conunts.
The SC should get together to discuss these coesnents and brief Bilk Dircks on our report. I have set up December 39 at 9:00 a.m. for our SC nceting and.at 2:00 p.m. on December 20 for a,one-hour meeting with Bill Dircks. Your attendance is needed.
