SUBJECT:
DIFFERING PROFESSIONAL OPINION (DPO)
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide you with a copy of the enclosed note which Mr. Harrison sent to Comissioner Gilinsky. The note is a followup of a telephone call from Harrison to Comissioner Gilinsky.
k The staff is considering the Ferguson/ Harrison DPO, and a more recent DP0 on the same subject according to the procedures in Manual Chapter 4125.
A recomended resolution for the Ferguson/ Harrison DP0 was received by the Director, NRR, May 30, 1984, which is within the time frame provided in the manual chapter.
