P. 4 of memo, second line from bottom change: "the latter step" to "these steps";

2)

P. 6 of memo, third line under Conclusions, change: "expecting" to "expediting"; and 3)

. 2 of Enclosure 4 last sentence in 2.B. should be placed in 2.C.
