01 REPORT 2-96-008; RE: ALLEGED DISTRIMINATION AGAINST A FORMER STONE & WEBSTER IRONWORKER The above captioned 01 report involves alleged discrimination against a former Stone & Webster ironworker at Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant. 01 did not substantiate the allegation. Therefore, it appears that enforcement action is not appropriate in this case.
I do not intend to :equest an 0GC analysis of this report. We will consider the matter closed unless we receive a different view within three weeks of. the date of this memorandum.
