I REPORT 4-95-047; RE ALLEGED DISCRIMINATION AT WATERFORD The above captioned OI report involves alleged discrimination at Waterford.

01 did not substantiate.the allegation,. Therefore enforcement action is not appropriate in this case., it appears that I do not intend to request an OGC analysis of this report. We will consider the of date matter closed unless we receive a different view within three weeks of this memorandum.

'The results of Ol's investigation indicate that the alleger herself acknowledged that she did not engage in protected activities and that she believed that she was terminated because of her union activities. We have confirmed that the alleger has not filed a complaint of discrimination with the Department of Labor in this matter.
