Donohaw, Jr., Pro.fect Manager 1 Operating Reactors Branch #5, DL StBJECT DAILY HIGHLIGHT - OYSTER CREEK DISCREPANCIES IN PLANT DRAWINGS Discrepancies in Oyster Creek plant drawings have been identified by a Region I inspection team in walk downs of the emergency service water and isolation condenser systems. The discrepancies were between (1) the as-4 built plant and stress isometric drawings and (2) the as-built plant and ortt.ographic drawings. The discrepancies include the following: dimensions. extra holes in steel, missing hardware lack of welds, improper welds. irmorrect spring and snubber settings, skewed and missing anchor bolts. i additional pipe supports and interferences between hengers and adjacent piping. Of the total of 42 drawings inspected by the Region I team. 40 had* discrepencies. h no.

Test results established the basis for static loads. Numerical dynamic analyses were performed on certain systems. II. Numerical dynamic analysis performed on portions of five (5) systems, i.e., Control Rod Drive, Main Steam, Feedwater, Liquid Poison and Core Spray. III. Conclusion - Analytical results confirmed that methodologies originally employed in the design of OC piping produced results which satisfy current design methodologies. \\ s
