Example (ii) is a change. that condtitutes, an additionaf libi-

tation, restriction.or control not presently included in the technical 3

specifications:

for example, a more stringent surveillance requirement.

Since staff overtime and PORV and SV challenges are not addressed in the current TS, the proposed changes fall sithin-example'(ii) and therefore, staff proposes to determine that the requested changes do not involve a significant hazards consideration.
