FULL FIELD BACKGROUND INVESTIGATIVE ESTIMATES UNDER 10 CFR PART 11 This will confirm recent discussions between Lawrence P. Himmelsbach and Russell R. Rentschler of our respective staffs concerning the number of OPM full field background investigations (BI's) anticipated under 10 CFR:.

Part 11.

As provided by Mr. Rentschler, the enclosed list sets forth the principal

( NRC licensed activities affected by 10 CFR Part 11 and the current BI estimates at each location. Based on our operational experience, SEC has.added a miscellaneous estimate of 200 BI's to cover attrition, conversion of limited National Agency Checks to BI's, etc.
