problomo" refurred to in tho ACRG' report on Midland woro those goneric matters which were referred to explicitly in previous reports concerning similar facilition referenced in tho Midland report, plus any othorn iuuntifiei between the writing of the referenced ruports and the ruport on Midland itself in June 1970.
