Executive Session j

Meeting with the Regulatory Staff 9:00 A.M.

Meeting with Consumers Power Company 10:00 A.M.

LUNCH 12:00 NOON Continue meeting with Consumers Power Company 1:00 P.M.

Caucus 4:00 P.M.

Adjourn 4:30 P.M.

Topics to be discussed include:

Emergency Plans (both protection of of f-site populations from plant hazards and protection of the plant from external hasards).

2.

Adequacy of engineered safety features and protection systems.

3.

Containment design, leak rate and iodine removal.

4.

Effects of undermining from brine wells.

5.

Dike design (protection against flooding, seismic events, esbotage).

6.

Silting of the' ECCS reservoir.

7.

Process steam purity and monitoring.

8.

Disposition of hydrogen following the DBA.
