SUBJECT:

MIDLAND PLANT SEISMIC SITE-SPECIFIC RESPONSE SPECTRA At the request of Dr. Okrent and as we recently discussed on the telephone, I an forwarding information on the Midland Plant seismic site-specific spectra for your review. Please provide Dr. Okrent with your corssents on this subject (preferably in writing) by April 30, 1982. Using your coments the ACRS Sub-comittee on Midland Plant Units 1 & 2 will detemine if the plant's seismic site-specific spectra needs to be specifically addressed at the May 20-21,1982 Midland Subconnittee meeting in Midland, MI.

If the Subcomittee decides to discuss this topic at the May 20-21 meeting, your attendance at that meeting may be requested.
