J In response to your request of November 30, 1976, I have enclosed copies j
of the Comittee's Supplemental Report on the !!idland Plant dated November 18, 1976, and all material attached with the report originally dispatched by this office on November 18, 1976, for in ca. tera' review by the Board and parties to the Midland hearing.
i The material, which was ' inadvertently incorporated...in the original pack-age while it was being. assembled by the ACRS Staff, and subsequently l
removed, consists of:
1.
One page from the portion of the minutes of the 106th ACRS meeting dealing with the Midland Plant Units 1 and 2.
This material has been released to NRC's Public Document Room as part of a general releMe of ACRS meeting minutes, and we would have no objection to its release to any party to the current hearing.
2.
'1hree lists of background documents which had been provided to i
the Comittee for information in connection with the ACRS reviews of Hutchinson Island Unit No.1, the Palisades Plant, and Three Mile Island Unit No.1.
These lists of background docunents were added to'the ACRS Office Copics of the project reports for the convenience of this office and were not included in the Reports sent.to the Comission by the Com-mittee.
Docw.nnts referenced in the reports which were sent to the Co!xnission are those part ions of the applications provided for Com-i mittee review and evaluation in connection with the specific cases involved and are listed in the material attached to the Supplemental ACRS report on the Midland Plant dated November Itl,1976.
It is my understanding that, with the exception of the ACRS Consultant reports noted below, all of the listed background documentn.have been incorporated in the dockets for the specific cases involved and the bulk of this material is available in the NRC Public Document Room.

Specific ACRS Consultant reports noted (Items nurrber 4,10 and 14 on the list added to the March 12, 1970, ACRS Report on the liutchinson Island Plant Unit No.1 and Item number 2 on the list added to the 1
January 27, 1970, ACRS Report on the Palisades Plant) have also been i
made available in the NRC Public Document Room as part of a general I
release of ACRS Consultants reports to the public.
It should be noted that all of these consultants reports are related to the specific sites involved and have no direct applicability to the Midland site or plant.
I have no objection to your making these lists of documents available to the intervenors in this proceeding.
