Areas Inspected:
Included a review of several key indicators of security program management effectiveness.
Specifically, the inspection addressed management attitude, and overall security organization performance in the security training, security management and security maintenance programs.
The inspection also addressed previously identified program weaknesses /
concerns. The inspection involved 64 inspector-hours by two NRC inspectors.
The inspection began during the day shift.
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the area examined during the inspection.
The previous inspection findings regarding program weaknesses or concerns were closed, with the exception of an open item relating to the security computer system.
New concerns were developed regarding security force turnover, firearms
