Areas examined during the inspection included the quality assurance records

of the containc>ent building velding pregran, rceeipt inspection of Class I .;

e components and nonconforr.snee and variation notice reports. Within these +

areas, the inspectien consisted of selective examination of procedures and '

~ representative records, interviews with site and engineering personnel, and observations by the inspectors. ' .

During the inspection, it was found that certain of your activities appear x to be in violation of Appendix B to 10 CFR 50 of the AEC regulations,
