I have been an inspector at Catawba since 1979 in the NDE

l 11 Department.

Before this I was a construction utility man at 1

12 Catawba.

Prior to working for Duke I have worked for three l

13 different trucking lines doing dock work, and in a cotton mill as a I

14 fixer and a supervisor.

I have a two year degree in Police 1

15 Science, Liberal Arts Degree.

While I am not sure exactly what their concerns were I think these 5

concerns were about wages, and lack of management support.

The only changes I remember were that they made some supervisor 22 changes.

There may have been other changes, but I was not a 23 welding inspector and therefore was not that concerned.
